• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• Chosen & Covered Gifting is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

• We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the curated and personal nature of our gift boxes, all sales are final. 
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

4. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD ($).

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in product prices.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Business Hours

Our business hours are Monday through Friday.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.

Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day.

• Use a valid email address

• Review order details carefully before checkout
